Uhm, I can tell you her secret. Eat less, exercise more. Not a secret there. And Tyra admits she indulges (BBQ ribs and some Haagen Daaz are her treats). But even dieticians don’t say to stay away from treats: it is everything in moderation!
The best thing about Tyra, though? She stressed to be happy with who you are and what you have. Tyra emphasized she wanted to keep her curves- and curves are beautiful!
