Need to talk to T-Mobile customer service about your outage & problems today?

This is not exactly what T-Mobile needs right now. Remember when T-Mobile thought they had lost all their customers data? All you heard on Twitter was people swearing they would leave if they lost everything. And I think this may be the last straw.
Customers can expect “intermittent outages” on their network and T-Mobile assures customers that they are “working on it.” But, really, who cares if it’s being addressed- T-Mobile customers need their cell service to work!
