Just like every other celebrity death rumor, this one is a hoax too. Somehow the hoax of West being involved in a car accident last night spread like wildfire, mostly thanks to Twitter. As of this morning, ‘RIP Kanye West’ was the #1 trending topic on Twitter.
And, interestingly enough, most of the comments weren’t sad. Guess everyone isn’t forgetting that VMA stunt any time soon.

The balloon boy’s family is like Octomom: strangely attactrive and everywhere in the media. All this stuff about how the family wanted their own reality show is just…weird. They don’t strike me as interesting enough to hold a show for episodes. I get a little bored just watching interviews with them. Or maybe that’s because they’re constructing lies and aren’t being themselves. But I digress.
The only thing I do feel bad about is that they’re really piling on charges and it seems like a lot of them are BS. Do I think it was a hoax? Yes. Do I think they meant malicious harm? Nah. It seems like a publicity stunt gone way, way wrong. But I guess the law doesn’t factor in intent.
